Lisa Jill Allison has established her artistic career through embracing the areas of life that inspire bliss and happiness. Her artwork is evidence of this. Once you experience her swelling blooms of color and texture spreading across the canvas, you will have an undeniable understanding of how Lisa sees the world.

Born in New England, Lisa now resides in the Sunshine State. She spends most of her time hard at work creating in her studio. Her artistic styles range from abstract, florals, seascapes and more. Lisa views herself as a student of art, always up for the challenge of learning something new. This is likely how she is able to maintain such a sweet sense of whimsy to her artwork. She has a background in early childhood education. Another facet of her life that supports her experimenting with her own inner child. 

Lisa also credits her inspiration to the natural world around her. When she isn't creating in her studio, she is spending time in the outdoors. She enjoys biking and wandering through nature. She is a firm believer that keeping the senses stimulated is the best way to keep the creativity flowing effortlessly. 

Her artwork is truly a visual adventure. No two canvases are the same, each one is telling its own story. Through bursts of cascading shapes, bright and cheerful tones and splashes of unexpected colors, Lisa has created a style of mixed media art that is truly all her own. Much of her process is spent letting her inspiration take the wheel. She has a deeply organic approach to the canvas that requires bravery and unwavering trust in the elements.
